Understand how shipping works:

– Delivery time varies depending on the address provided.
– The delivery time is estimated according to the contract with the carriers and can vary from 1 to 10 weeks, depending on each region of Brazil.
– The delivery period only starts after payment approval.

Attention: In cases of a postal or federal revenue strike, the time of the strike may in some cases be added to the delivery time.

Some areas are considered high-risk by the Post Office. If the Post Office considers the delivery location a high-risk area, the tracking information will be updated as "high-risk area," and the package must be picked up at the nearest Post Office location. In this case, picking up the package at the Post Office is the customer's responsibility.

Insurance in case of loss:

The Quality One Group team cares about each customer and guarantees product delivery even if the order is lost. To do so, simply contact our customer service team at contato@qualityone.store and we'll be happy to resolve your issue.

The order is considered lost or misplaced if it appears in the postal tracking as lost or misplaced.

International purchases and taxation:

This product is of foreign origin and is subject to federal and state taxation in Brazil. An import declaration will be registered, and import tax and ICMS will be charged.

My order was taxed, what now?

It is the importer/customer's responsibility to pay the applicable fees. All international orders arriving in Brazil via the Brazilian Postal Service will be subject to a postal dispatch fee.

If the order is refused by the customer, returned to the sender, or delivery is problematic due to incorrect address information, we will refund the payment less the shipping and return fee (once the product returns to our distribution center in the United States).
